Richland Township Building Permit Application

How do I get started? - Visit us at the township office to first ensure your property is a buildable lot.  Even if there is already a house on the property, it is best to confirm that all structures are in compliance with setbacks and that the new construction will comply.  We can review your property records with you, provide the applications that are needed for construction and answer any questions.
