2018 Winter Tax Bills

Winter Tax bills

2018 Winter Tax bills wll be mailed December 1st and are due on or before February 14th.   Tax payments may be made at the township office during regular office hours, placed in our secure drop box 24/7 or mailed to 7401 N 32nd Street, Richland, MI  49083.

Payments may be made by cash, check or money order.  Sorry!  We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.

Please bring the top and bottom portion of your tax bill when making payments, we will mark the top portion paid for your records.  For those using our drop box or mailing in payments who wish a receipt:  please include a stamped self addressed envelope so that we may place a receipt in return mail.

Hold an escrow? Mortgage companies have requested copies of bills for their customers who hold escrow accounts.   If you received a copy of your bill, please forward it to your Mortgage company for payment.

Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. 

Holiday Hours:    Closed December 24, 25, & 26th.  Open December 27th.

Road Commission Kalamazoo County advises on Road Maintenance

When winter weather affects road conditions, our goal is to provide safe traveling conditions. The Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC) provides 24 hour coverage for snow removal.

Safe disposal of those household chemicals

Used oil paint, spray paint, bug sprays, chemicals, etc.

The Household Hazardous Waste Center will accept your out dated or partially used cans of spray paint, bug sprays, cleaning supplies, etc.

Richland Township will once again sell Kalamazoo County Dog Licenses beginning December 1st.
